Concrete progress made according to FYROM prime minister

FYROM prime minister Zoran Zaev said during a press conference on Wednesday, which coincided with the first year of his government's work in negotiations over the naming dispute, that "there is still no final agreement" but that "an agreement on the principles, and the formal and legal aspect of the agreement," according to the Kathimerini.


He said that the language and the identity of citizens have been confirmed in the planned agreement with Greece, and that the two countries had never been closer to a solution. He is due to speak with Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras over the coming days.
