The leaders of Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia will meet later today (Wednesday) in Greece’s second city Thessaloniki for the fourth Quadrilateral Summit.

The possibility of most Balkan countries joining the European Union and other regional issues are expected to be discussed, after the EU decided last month to begin accession talks with Albania and FYROM, the latter’s prime minister Zoran Zaev having recently agreed a deal with Alexis Tsipras over the long-running naming dispute.
